If you are here, we imagine that you are an urban guerrilla warrior getting ready to fight for the city you love.
We hope to develop this section in our site to both practical, theoretical and cultural approaches, tactics and strategies to mobilizing in our cities throughout the country. Our strategy includes 1- posting and uploading essays and articles about mobilizing and shaping our cities 2- Using social networking sites like twitter to post quick tips to #organizeyourcity and our facebook page. 3- Ask you to send us your ideas, tips and strategies for organizing so that we can continue to share your tips and victories with the world.
Winning the Right to the City
In this essay, RTC founder and founder of Miami Workers’ Center, Gihan Perera, identifies tips to win the Right to the City. 21st Century Cities
In this reflection on the past 5 years of RTC’s existence by the Member Congress of 2011, authors identify what it will take to bring the Right to the City Movement to the next level.
