Union de Vecinos – Union de Vecinos is a grassroots community organization that improves the quality of life for the people who live, work and play in the Boyle Heights district of Los Angeles. Union de Vecinos believes that the people who live in the neighborhood and the institutions that represent them and serve them are equally responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the neighborhood. Union de Vecinos conducts voter engagement in fifteen precincts of Boyle Heights and has a network of seven neighborhood committees seeking better streets and improved traffic patterns for Boyle Heights residents.
